He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Deal and Irma Archibald (Deal); his nephew Andrew; and his significant other Kathryn. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer and Jeanette (Dana); his grandchildren, Justin, Jaela, Delainie, Kaci, Bria, Jekaia and Janeka; his siblings, Gordon, Kenneth (Eva) and Evelyn (Charlie); and his daughter Tootsie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
