We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2020, at the age of 74, Frederick Ernest Grout of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Medicine Hat, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Grout and Helen Grout (Lay); and his wife Eileen MacLeod. He is survived by: his sons, Gerard (Heather) of Dartmouth and Gary (Gayle) of Dartmouth; his stepdaughters, Carolynn, Christina and Cathelene MacLeod; his grandchildren, Kristen, Timothy, Justin and Camrynn; his great grandchildren, Emma and Henry; and his sisters, Helen Patil (Arvind) and Elizabeth Mueller.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the War Amps.
