It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve Townsend (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 26, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Percy Savary; her husband Douglas James Townsend; and her siblings, Lawrence, Louis, Victor, Cecil, Roderick, Joyce and Helene.
She is survived by: her parent Helen Savary; her granddaughters, Danielle Gofton (Joe), Michelle Rhyno (Dan) and Eastern; and her great grandchildren, Victoria Gofton, Dylan and Jacob Rhyno.
