He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Barbara Kathleen Samson and George Stanley Higgins; his wife Dale Ann Higgins; his children, Jennifer Campbell (Troy), Joseph Higgins (Brooke) and Jillian Scicluna; and his friend Kevin Thomas.
