He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald W. Casey Sr. and Rita. He is survived by: his brother Wayne (Patricia (Young)); his children, Trevor Casey and Alison Casey (Amy Noftle); his grandson Darryl Casey; and his siblings, Ken Casey and Susanne Casey.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Eastern Passage Community Funeral Home (5 Cow Bay Rd, Eastern Passage, NS B3G1M5). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen's Parish (6032 Normandy Dr, Halifax, NS B3K 2S9).
