He was predeceased by : his wife Helen Tubrett; his parents, Harold and Helen; and his siblings, Robert, Gordon and Dory'Earle Tubrett.

He is survived by : his sisters, Bernice MacDonald and Marie Campbell. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
