She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Bouchie and Elizabeth Bouchie (Horne); her siblings, Clarence, Gerald, Viola, Alvina, Sadie and Beatrice; and her husband Lenley Borden Forsythe.
She is survived by: her children, Barry (Joette), Kitchener, Ont, Donna Dartmouth (Peter), Brian Diamondhead (Janet) and S. A.; and her sister Marie George. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
