He is survived by: his spouse Debi White; his daughter Melissa Hayward Bopp (Christopher Bopp); his grandchildren, Maggie and Avery Bopp; his brother Timothy Hayward (Wanda Murphy) of Mount Pearl, NL; his sister-in-law Bev Amiro; his cousins, Patti, Mike Adam Debbie (Ann McCarten), Gail Collins (John), John Griffin (Mary), Kathy Sloan (Ken), Tom Hurst (April McAllister) and Jackie Hurst (Perry Normore); his nieces, Sandra and Angela Hayward; his nephew Paul; his friends, Mike and Clyde; his pet Zoey; and his friend Darrin.
