He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lowe and Edith Lowe; his daughters, Shirleen Lowe and Sandra Lowe (Whebby); and his siblings, Weldon Lowe and Joan Lowe (Morash).

He is survived by: his wife Claudette; his children, Marlene Lowe and Keith Lowe; his stepdaughters, Cindy Swinehammer (Jim) and Chris Benson; and his siblings, Ron Lowe and Sheridan Lowe (Lestie). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
