Gordon Sutherland Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Sutherland (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 13, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Alex W.; his siblings, Donald and Marion Marshall; his grandson Michael; his brothers-in-law, Leonard LeBlanc, Harry Young, David Marshall and Gordon Hurst; and his significant other Monnie Hayden.

He is survived by: his parent Bessie Sutherland (Fowler); his children, Stephen (Jean), Bill (Megan), Bruce (Valerie), Ken (Janice) and Heather; his grandchildren, Andrew (Susan), James, Katlyn, Kyle, Alyssa, Angela, Michelle (Clay Harnish), Terri and Jane; his sisters, Isabelle Young, Sadie Hurst and Thelma Cross (Bill); his sister-in-law Kathleen; and his aunt Annie Leslie. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
