It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Grace Alice Grant of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Dockrill; her husband John; her granddaughter Judith MacDonald; her siblings, Robert, Edwin, Clarence, Ralph, Donald, Dorothy and Myrtle; her grandson Colin MacDonald; her son-in-law Michael Grover; and her great grandchild Aidan MacKenzie.

She is survived by: her mother Alice Dockrill (Roddick); her children, Sharon Grover, Glenda Ellenberger (Brian), Sandra MacKenzie (Tom), John Grant and Ian Grant (Zelda); her son-in-law Wayne MacDonald; and her grandchildren, Michelle Forrest (Brian), Shawn Grover (Joanne), Jamie Grover (Andrea), Jeff MacDonald (Lori), Ellen MacDonald (Jason White), Tristan Ellenberger, Owen Ellenberger, Aaron Ellenberger, Gillian Jones (Terry), Michael MacKenzie (Jessica White), Bonnie MacKenzie, David MacKenzie, Ashley Grant (James Russell), Lucas Grant and Aliya Grant. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
