Grace Louise Vitale Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2018, Grace Louise Vitale (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in Montréal, Québec passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her mother Nana; and her children, Dan Lennon, Jeff Lennon (Cathy) and Maria Lennon (Paul). She is also survived by six grandchildren, all who loved their Nana so dearly: Paul, Jeremy, Michael (Kara), Matthew, Ben, and Sarah, and one great grandchild.
Donations in Louise's memory may be made to Dartmouth General Hospital.
