Palmer; his sisters, Susan Conway (Bob Conway) and Leslie Long (Derek Long); his nephews, Kenny Conway (Sonya Guerette) and Michael Long (Kaitlyn Henderson); his niece Bobbi-Jo Burgess (Mark Burgess); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Lauren Kaine and Leo Palmer Love.
Later in his life, he found meaningful work at the Freedom Foundation, where he made a lasting impact on residents and colleagues alike.
