We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2019, at the age of 63, Heather Ann Creelman (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Sharp and Joan Sharp (Ruggles); and her significant other Steve Macleod. She is survived by: her sons, David and Kenny (Jessica); her siblings, Carl (Nancy), Bobby (Colleen), Donnie, Philip, Sandy (Gary) and Audrey (David); her grandchildren, Josie, Connor, Keenan and Kenneth; and her friend Debbie Mosher.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
