He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Coulter and Mary Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Carol Dianne Coulter; his son Matthew Anthony Coulter; his sister-in-law Cathy; his brother Allan Coulter; and his nephews, Mark and Ian Coulter.
