Isabel Winona Young Obituary

We announce the death of Isabel Winona Young (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 9, 2026, at the age of 95. Isabel will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cook and Selina Cook; her sons, Jeffery and Johnnie; and her siblings, Doreen, Helen, Don, Morris, Bruce and Frank.

She is survived by: her brother Merv (Joyce).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home (771 Main St, Dartmouth, NS B2W3T9). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish (35 Colby Dr, Dartmouth, NS B2V1N7). A reception will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Saint John Xxiii Church (35 Colby Dr, Dartmouth, NS B2V1N7).

Donations in memory of Isabel may be made to the charity of choice.
