He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Ann Hynes of Truro, NS and Barbara Ann Smith of Peterborough, ON; his brothers-in-law, Peter and Lyle; his siblings' children, Joel, Joshua, Amber and Shannon; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Liam, Navy, Olivia, Penelope, Max, Henry, Elwood, Savanna, Christian, Melanie and Emily; his cousin Nancy; and his friend Jonathan.
