Jack Densmore Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Densmore (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Sarah and Matt; his sisters, Emme and Zoe; and his grandparents, Jan, Wayne Densmore, Kim MacKenzie, Rob Nash, Barry and Judy MacKenzie. He is also survived by extended family that includes many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, seating is limited at the library and attendees will be notified prior to the event.

For those unable to attend the memorial, the interment is open to the general public and starts at 1pm.As an aspiring writer and a lover of books, Jack would encourage donations be made to the Halifax Public Library at https://www.halifaxpubliclibraries.ca.
