It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Albert Holman of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Sheet Harbour, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alec Holman and Lillian Holman (Bezanson); his son Robert; his sister Annie White; his sister-in-law Joan Burger; and his nephew Karl Burger.
He is survived by: his wife Joanie (Smiley) of Port Dufferin; his children, Carl, Susie (Peter) and Scott; his grandchildren, Jordan of Dartmouth, Dale of Dartmouth, Julia of Dartmouth and Olivia of Dartmouth; his brothers, Cyril (Barb), Eugene (Patsy) and Leonard (Karen); and his brother-in-law Max White.
