It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Arthur Whittaker (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan, who passed away on October 6, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Les Whittaker and Mabel Whittaker (Crosbie); his brother Keith; and his sister-in-law Elaine. He is survived by: his wife Betty (Naugler); his children, James "Jim" (Carolina) and Beverly (Tracy); his grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Isabella and James; his siblings, Lloyd (Pauline) and Mary (Bob); and his pet Chenille. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory to the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia or to a local animal shelter.
