He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McKay and Minnie McKay (Mallison); and his siblings, Jean McGuigan, Harriet Hatfield and Henry.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Kathleen (Degiobbi); his sons, James Allan (Joanne) and Robert Joseph; his grandchildren, April Marie, Charles Allen and Holly Patricia; and his great grandchild Oscar Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice.
