With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James R. Blackburn (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on June 26, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wives, Françoise and Marilyn. He is survived by: his siblings, Leslie of Bible Hill, Lorna Waterfield of Dartmouth, Stratford of Dartmouth and Catharine Woolley of Dartmouth. He is also survived by his six children and their spouses; along with seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
