She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. John A. Nicholson and Ethel Nicholson (Bawdick); her husband Dr. Alvin MacRae; her son John; her sisters, Ruth, Beth and Marjorie; and her nephew Wayne.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Judith MacRae and Ottawa; her siblings, Patricia Crowell (Richard), Jeffrey (Celina), Holly MacRae (Stephen Dodge), James (Phyllis) and Edmonton; her grandchildren, Christopher Ritcey (Neera), Jeffrey Crowell, Martin MacRae (Jennifer), Jennifer Dunbar (Jeff), Kristen Tobin Dunbar (Ryan), Andrea, Leah MacRae (Michael), Jaclyn (Liam), Julia Dodge (Ryan) and Robbie MacRae (Brandi); and her great grandchildren, Haydn, Evan Ritcey, Harmony MacRae and Taylor MacRae. She is also survived by her family, and loved her children and grandchildren.
