He was predeceased by : his parents, James Rogers and Helen Presley; and his stepfather John Presley. He is survived by : his brother Jim (Laurie); his nieces, Marina (Nikhil) and Helenna; and his great-nephew Nishan. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and many cousins.

“I'm so sorry to hear about Buck's passing. We flew Seakings together for several deployments during the 1987 - 92 period, including the initial deployment to the Gulf War onboard HMCS Protecteur. He was a popular guy with all the ranks, with his wry sense of humour and unflappable calm in face of anything (or anyone -- take that, "Chickenhawk"!). I have great memories of him, and he will be missed.”
