It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Elizabeth Reid of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Amero and Margaret Amero (Gaudet); her husband Scott; and her siblings, Louise, Atholean, Mary, Anna, Eileen, James, Joseph, David and Edward.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Bond (Robert), Cindy O'Halloran (Glenn), Sandpoint, Cathy Greenbank, Susan Ramey (Louis), Elaine Arner (Steve), Scottie (Vicki), Peter (Rhonda) and Dale (Val) of Alberta; and her sisters, Adeline Keast, Sackville and Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
