With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Burke (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 17, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Frances Moore (Laddie); and her brothers, Mike and Jerry. She is survived by: her parent Theresa Moore; her husband Jim Burke; her stepson Jon; and her siblings, Trudy MacDonnell (Jim) of Nanaimo, Jim (Barb) of Bathurst, Frank (Dawn) and Kelly of Halifax. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
