He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred (Downie) and Reginald Neily of North Kingston; his siblings, Joan Churchill (Keith) and R. Eugene Neily; and his wife Carol Neily (Cain).
He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Neily and Barbara Stubbs (Jason); his grandson Carter Stubbs; his sister Judy Pinsent; and his pet Kacie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
