He was predeceased by: his parents, John Steele and Catherine Steele (Gillis) of East Bay. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy Steele (Isabel) and Mary Lou Horne (Jack); his siblings' children, Colin Steele, Jaclyn Geneau (Jerry) and Caroline Horne; and his great-nephew Owen Geneau.
