He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foote and Anne Foote (Dicks); his wife Myrtle; his daughter Inez; and his sister Verline.

He is survived by: his children, Anne Haughn (David) and John Foote (Kathy). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to charity of choice.
