He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Gouthro and Annie Gouthro (McSavaney); and his siblings, Lorna Gillis, Myrna Collins and Irvie Gouthro.
He is survived by: his sister Sheila Wyant (Ernie) of Henderson; his close friend Beverly LaVoie of Dartmouth; and his niece Linda Gillis-Harrington (Harry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grand and great grand nieces and nephews as well as many cousins.
