He is survived by: his significant other Barbara; his children, Kimberly, Greg (Angela) and Dani (Conrad); his grandchildren, Ainslie, Rush and Theo; and his stepgrandsons, Cam, Chase, Luka and Knightly.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dartmouth General Hospital Foundation - Palliative Care.
