He was predeceased by: his parent Harold Levy; and his siblings, Marion White, Joy Levy and Bernie White. He is survived by: his parent Marion Levy (Edwards); his wife Julia Levy (DeBaie); his daughter Terri Dawn; his granddaughters, Samantha O'Neill, Perry O'Neill (Jeremy) and Jodie O'Neill (Luke Campbell); his great grandchild Mackenzie Perry; and his brothers, Alex DeBay, Malcolm DeBay (Linda), Wilfred DeBay (Judy) and Benny DeBay (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
