With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Edward Stevens (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 3, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Stevens (Palmer) and Vernon Stevens; and his siblings, Harry, Judy Warner and Debbie Huskins.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Stevens Jakeman and Craig Stevens (Tanya); the parent of his children Jackie Ainslie; his grandchildren, Shane Stevens Jakeman, Hayley Jakeman (Dawson Copeland), Jamie Lively (Kelsey) and Cayden Stevens; his great grandchildren, Leah, Brayden, Adalynn Graham and Brooke Lively; and his siblings, Joyce Baxter, Ted (Linda), Tom (Joan), Peter (Helen), Corrine, Louise Michalos (Trifon) and Jean Edwards. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Eastern Passage Buffalo Club (625 Cow Bay Rd, Cow Bay, NS B3G1L5).
