She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Wood. She is survived by: her mother Jean Wood; her husband Charles Bayne; her daughters, Madeleine (Adam) and Sarah (Jacob); and her siblings, Kevin (Heather), Mark, Troy (Michelle), Mim (James) and Lorna. She is also survived by numerous other family members, friends.
Her efforts in public health helped drive these improvements, most notably through her contributions to the report for the Commission on the Future of Health Care in Canada.
