She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet McDow and Harris McDow; her son Michael; her sister Patricia McDow; her niece Nicole McDow; and her grandson Justin Laverie.
She is survived by: her husband Derek; her sister Wanda (Betty-Ann McDow); her daughters, Tammy McDow (Mike Hickey) and Amanda Power (James Brown); and her grandson Corey Laverie.
