Kenneth Leo Shea Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Leo Shea of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 9, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leo and Mary Irene Shea; his sons, James Leo and Anthony Joseph; and his siblings, Bertram, Vernet, Viola, Francis, Irene and Iris.

He is survived by: his daughters, Annette and Francine; and his sisters, Ada and Rita. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.

He was a decorated firefighter, who dedicated that part of his life to helping others until he was injured fighting a fire and was then able to concentrate on his contribution to the International Snooker League of which he was a founding member.
