We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2021, at the age of 60, Kerry Minter Chaulk in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chaulk and Melissa Chaulk. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Rachel, Jake and Logan; and his siblings, Susie (Eric), Daisy (Vince), Freeman (Kathleen), Darlene, Jane (Eric), Kevin (Faye) and Colleen (Brian). He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and cousins.
He will also miss time to spend with his dear, special grandchildren; Rachel, Jake and also newborn Logan who he was hoping to meet but couldn't due to COVID-19.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Charity of one's choice.
