He is survived by: his parent Pauline Wamboldt-Rice (Gaudet) of Bear River, NS.; his daughters, Shawna Lowe of Lake Echo, NS, Sherri Robicheau (Paul) and Creignish; his granddaughters, Theresa Wamboldt of Edmonton, AB, Sara Lowe and Haley Lowe; his great grandchild Evelyn; and his siblings, Garry Wamboldt (Susan) of Bear River, NS, William Wamboldt (Lorraine), Port, Marilyn Halliday (Wamboldt), Granville, Wanda Lambier (Wamboldt), Carl Rice (Chasity), Shelly (Rice), Durling, Brenda (Rice) and Sabean.
