He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda; his parents, Jane Fisher and George Fisher; and his stepfather Tom Halsey. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his son Gary; his daughter-in-law Cathy; his daughter Debbie; his children-in-law, Morgan and Mary; and his grandchildren, Ben, Emily, Malcolm, Julian, Jason and Carol.
