He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewart Beaver and Gladys Beaver (Jewers); his siblings, Merle Ettinger, Guy, Clyde, Juanita Watt, Louella Fanning and Muriel Smiley; his daughter-in-law Cathy Beaver (Rayner); and his great grandchild Annabelle Mason.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey (Smith); his children, Carol Burke (Ron) and Dale (Linda); and his grandchildren, Scott Clarke (Roberta), Krista Mason (Devon), Katherine Stark (Iain), Tracy Beaver (Peter) and Crystal David (Ian). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
