He was predeceased by: his parents, Trueman Byers and Marion Byers. He is survived by: his wife Anna (MacLean); his children, Leanne (Neal), Jason (Melody) and Aron (Laurel-Ann); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Noah, Hannah, Grace, Brady and Simon.
Funeral Mass will be at St. Thomas Moore Church at the corner of Caledonia Rd. and Main St. in Dartmouth on Friday, September 9 at 10:00 a.m.
It was his earnest wish, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society (MSSociety.ca) in honor of his beloved mother, Marion.
