She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Staples and Marjorie Staples (Graham); her husband Charlie; her siblings, Bernard, Dick, Earl, Harold, Everett, Alice and Gail; and her son-in-law Owen Ritcey.
She is survived by: her son Darrell (Deanna). She is also survived by three step grandchildren, seven step great grandchildren, two step great great grandchildren.
