She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Peters and Mary Peters (Martel); and her siblings, Rose, Yvonne, Alma, Francis and Connie.

She is survived by: her husband Gary Butler; her children, Randy Butler (Emily Calkin) and Sheri-Lynn Gehm (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Breina, Taylor, Jeremy, Ashleigh (Butler), Simon and Samuel (Gehm). She is also survived by many family members and friends.
