She was predeceased by: her father John Alex; and her siblings, Patrick, Allan, Josephine, Loretta and Helen Jasinski.
She is survived by: her brother Simon J. Gillis of Dartmouth; and her brother-in-law Gene Jasinski of Fairview. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
