She was predeceased by: her father Donald Winfield; her siblings, Ruby Longard (Ed), Roy "Bub" (Ida), George "Jim", Mary Mouland, Viola DeLancey (Arnold), Mildred Coughlan, Stephen and Alice Walker (Harold); and her former husband Gordon Bedwell.

She is survived by: her mother Marguerite Winfield (Williams); her husband Douglas MacDonald (Port Morien); her children, Carole, Heather, Linda and Grant Bedwell (Tina); her grandchildren, Peter, Justin, Isaac, Charlotte, Telicia, Taylor and Gordon; her great grandchildren, Kyla, Junior and Amya; and her stepchildren, Chess, Wanda and Berniece. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
