She was predeceased by: her parents, William Simms and Catherine Simms (Hartlen); her husband Wayne A. Sullivan; and her sisters, Doris (Butch), Louie (Bob) and Barb.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne and Bill; her daughter-in-law Heather; her grandsons, Brandon, Brodie and Kelly; her brother-in-law Dick (Judie); and her nieces and nephews, Cathy, Susan, Linda, Karen, Patti, Wendy, Janet, Denise, David, Rob and Paul.
