She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Munroe (Boutilier) and James Munroe; and her siblings, Hazel, Laverne, Marjorie, Lisa and Kendall.
She is survived by: her husband Frederick "Rick" Randall; her children, Candace Millen, Patricia Gamlin (Tim) and Donald Millen; her grandchildren, Nicholas and Quinn; and her siblings, Deborah Hubley (Ronald), James, Vincent (Susan), Charles (Shirley) and Joseph Munroe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
