She was predeceased by: her parent Harrison Mercer; and her siblings, Geraldine, George, Sidney, Garfield and David.
She is survived by: her parent Florizel Mercer (Peddle); her husband Randy; her daughter Rosalind Steed; her grandchildren, Javon, Jakeele and Tyvasia; her great grandchild Kailaya; and her sister Jean Batten.
