She was predeceased by: her siblings, Anna Green (George), Catherine Blank and John Corkery. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Hawke (Moe Comeau), Barbara Hawke (Mike Freeborn), Brenda Hawke (Rick Lamontange) and Wayne Hawke (Lena Stewart); her grandchildren, Brandon Hawke, Michaelle Freeborn, Abigail, Quinn Lamontagne and Charlotte Hawke; her brothers, Joseph Corkery (late Marie), Lawrence Corkery (late Sheila) and Earl Corkery (Elizabeth); and her brother-in-law Gerald Blank. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family is asking for donations in lieu of flowers to the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.
