Mark F James Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mark F James of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 15, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick James and Emily James; his nephew Curtis; and his in-laws, Eva and Alvin Gallinger.

He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his daughter Megan Kilroy Leonard (Dennis); his grandchild Isla; his children, Thomas James (Hannah) and Marah James (Maelle); and his siblings, Carol Sylverstre (Henry), Brenda MacDonald (Don), Douglas James (Val) and Michael James (Pascale Guy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a wide circle of friends.

His sense of duty was evident in to the very end as he chose to donate organs and tissue so that others might live better lives.
